MUSICAL STUDENT MINISTRY

St. John believes music in ministry is a way to praise and glorify Jesus Christ and provides opportunities for youths campus students to perform during our Sunday Worship service. Our digital outreach, Allendale Christian Media, makes available microphones, a newly installed sanctuary sound system, and instruments for students possessing God's gift of talent. St. John welcomes contemporary Christian compositions upon Pastor's approval. We are mindful that some modern Christian music promotes social agendas, or unBiblical truth views. We use spiritual discernment to assess lyrics to ensure they are Biblically sound rather than focus on an artist's association with a religious organization. The unveiling of our student ministry audio and video production facility, Allendale Christian Media, opens doorways for students into the art of filmmaking and program production.
