Get To Know St. John Vicar Jeff Ulicny

The installation of Jeff Ulicny as Vicar at St. John Lutheran Church of Jenison, conducted by Rev. Dr. Timothy Brand, Senior Pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Caledonia, took place on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Vicar Ulicny presented his first sermon from the pulpit on Sunday, November 12, 2023. Jeff and his wife Kelly are the proud parents of four children and reside in West Olive, Michigan. He is the baritone for Skylight Quartet Gospel singing and recording group. Prior to joining Skylight, Jeff was a member of the Jackson, Michigan Chorale and Chamber Choir along with serving several churches as a choir member and cantor. In addition to singing, Vicar Ulicny enjoys puzzles and driving as hobbies. Jeff considers himself blessed and led by the Holy Spirit to serve for the glory of God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in ministry.
